The Talk Hawks speech team continues to find success in their forensic tournaments. The Talk Hawks participated in two virtual tournaments the weekend of Nov. 7, 2020. At the tournament at Casper College, Brennan Mock won first place in Communication Analysis and second and third place in four other categories. Nezrin Hasanly won second place in Informative Speaking at the tournament. At the University of the Pacific, Casey Hamilton and David Valadez won first place in Duo Interpretation. Hamilton also won second place in After Dinner Speaking.
